Good to know

Museums close on set weekdays (the Louvre on Tuesdays, Versailles on Mondays). Cliff paths at Étretat need dry weather and daylight. Port-Royal RER B, a few minutes from the hotel, runs direct to Charles de Gaulle in about 50 minutes; for Orly, take Métro 14 from Châtelet. Confirm the airport on your ticket.

Contactless, out-of-hours pickup
  1. Digital Check-in, in advance. Go to sixt.com/check-in and upload your driver's licence and a selfie for verification. Do this on Thursday at the latest.
  2. Receive your PIN. About one hour before the 05:00 pickup, SIXT emails a PIN.
  3. Key box. At the branch, 6 rue des Quatre-Vents, enter the PIN at the key box, take the key, and go.

Paris 06 Odéon: keybox pickup available, 24-hour return. Secure keybox pickup outside opening hours; the 05:00 pickup and the 23:30 key drop both use the box. Opening hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00 · Fri 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 · Sat 08:00–14:00 · Sun and holidays closed. If the PIN email hasn't arrived by 04:30, call SIXT France before setting off.

Cancellation policy

  1. Free cancellation and rebooking any time before pickup for Stay Flexible bookings.
  2. For prepaid bookings the fee depends on timing: €99.00 before the scheduled pickup time; the full booking amount after it.
  3. Cancellation is free within 24 hours of booking and more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  4. Corporate customers with individual agreements may have other prices and rules.

  • A reservation is for a vehicle group; the specific model is not guaranteed.
  • Add-ons are subject to availability.
  • The pickup time is fixed. You can arrive up to 60 minutes after, as long as the location is still open.
